The Process
Sublimation finishes can be applied to a wide range of metal products.
Sublimation starts from the powder coating stage.
We use a specialist powder coat base, that has been created to be accept our sublimation inks,.
Decoral or OneLBJ In House Films are then applied by hand to the products.
Using Sublimation technology, the inks on the films are transferred into the powder coat, permeating through the entire thickness of the coating.
this process gives you a decorative finish that carries all of the durability you would expect from powder coating.
